Data processing agreement

This is the standard DPA Daryl Edwards trading as Buildflow enters into with customers as processor of the client and project data held in your workspace. It covers processing instructions, confidentiality, security measures, sub-processors, international transfer safeguards, breach notification and deletion. Sub-processors are published as a versioned list on the sub-processors page.

The processor under this agreement is Daryl Edwards trading as Buildflow — a UK sole trader business, not a limited company, of Unit 36, 23 King Street, Cambridge CB1 1AH, United Kingdom.
