Data processing agreement

This is the standard DPA Buildflow enters into with customers as processor of the client and project data held in your workspace. It covers processing instructions, confidentiality, security measures, sub-processors, international transfer safeguards, breach notification and deletion. Sub-processors are published as a versioned list on the sub-processors page.
