1. These terms
These terms form the agreement between Buildflow CRM Ltd ("we", "us") and the company that creates a Buildflow workspace ("you"). By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your company.
2. The service
We provide access to the Buildflow CRM web application for managing enquiries, site visits, quotations, projects and related records. We may add, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice before removing anything you materially rely on.
3. Your workspace and users
Signing up creates a new company workspace. The person who creates it becomes its owner and first administrator, and controls who else may join. You are responsible for the accuracy of the users you invite, the roles you assign, keeping credentials confidential and removing access for people who leave your business.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance per workspace and exclude VAT. Free trials convert to a paid subscription only if you choose to continue. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data
You own all data you enter. We claim no rights over it beyond those needed to run the service for you. You may export your data at any time while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Buildflow to store unlawful content, attempt to access another customer's workspace, probe or interfere with the service's security, or resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk.
7. AI features
AI-generated estimates, measurements, programmes and contract analysis are decision-support only. They can be wrong or incomplete and must be reviewed by a competent person before you rely on them commercially or contractually. We give no warranty as to their accuracy.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may carry out planned maintenance. Support is provided by email at support@buildflow.builders during Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm UK time.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
