Where we actually are
We have no published case studies yet and we are not going to invent any. Everything on this page is either a recorded baseline or a measure still being collected. Any figure we publish later will name the measure, the method and the period it covers, and will be quoted with the contractor's written permission.
The pilot
A single residential building contractor is using Buildflow for live enquiries, site visits, quotations and won projects. We agreed the measures below with them before go-live and recorded a baseline from their previous way of working.
Expected publication: Once the pilot has a full quarter of comparable data.
What we are measuring
Each measure was agreed with the contractor before go-live, with a baseline recorded from their previous way of working. We publish the method alongside any figure so you can judge it rather than take it on trust.
Time from enquiry received to first reply
Method: Median hours between the enquiry arriving and the first outbound reply, taken from the enquiry log rather than self-reported.
Baseline: Recorded at go-live from the previous inbox-and-spreadsheet process.

Enquiries that never received a reply
Method: Count of enquiries with no outbound contact within five working days, as a share of all enquiries in the period.

Quotations followed up at least twice
Method: Share of sent quotations with two or more logged follow-up contacts before the outcome was recorded.

Method: Median working days between a quotation being sent and it being marked won or lost.

Method: Contractor's own weekly estimate, collected the same way before and after, and reported as a range rather than a single number.
