Buildflow is being built as the project context around Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive, with accounting systems to follow. Google Calendar is available when configured, Gmail enquiry scanning is in pilot, and Google Drive needs setup with us. Xero, Sage, Microsoft 365 and Dropbox are planned and do nothing today. AI can extract and propose; people retain control of prices, dates, records and client communication.
Buildflow's Gmail connection is designed to identify potential enquiries and project information, preserve the original message and propose the correct lead, project or action for review.
