Onboarding
1. Create your workspace
Sign up with your work email. That creates a new, empty company workspace owned by you — nobody else can see it.
2. Invite your team
Send invitations from Settings. Each colleague gets a role (estimator, project manager, office admin, operative) that controls what they can see.
3. Bring your live jobs across
Add current enquiries and jobs manually, or send us a spreadsheet and we will import them for you on the Established plan.
